Narendra Shah, a veteran of industrial engineering production with over 40 years of experience, saw an opportunity for growth in the year 2000. He decided to expand the business portfolio beyond its existing focus and ventured into the production of precision tooling products. This new venture, named Normalien Tooling Systems Private Ltd., established its headquarters in Mumbai, India, with a production facility located in Surendranagar & Ahmedabad, Gujarat – India.

Narendra Shah served as President of Indian Textile Accessories and Machinery Manufacturers Association (Itamma) During the Year 1999-2000 Served as Chairman of India-Itme Society for the Year 2000. India-itme 2000 Exhibition Was Conducted Under His Chairmanship.

Normalien‘s mission is to empower mould makers. They started by providing high-precision locating pins and guide bushes, but customer interaction led them to develop entire precision mould-bases. Today, Normalien remains a trusted supplier of top-quality mould-bases and components, consistently exceeding the expectations of their valued customers.

Normalien employs a highly skilled team of over 75 professionals, using advanced equipment and proven methods to deliver exceptional quality and precision that defines their mould bases and components. Their recent expansion project has significantly boosted production capacity, allowing them to handle large mould bases (up to 700mm x 1000mm) and deliver products with faster turnaround times.
